Forest Kingfisher Jigsaw PuzzleThis poor little kingfisher bird flew into a window and knocked itself out. The photographer found it after hearing the loud bang with it's legs up and thought it was dead, on closer examination, realized it was only stunned and grabbed the camera. Forest Kingfishers are found in North Queensland, along the east coast of Australia. They feed on insects, reptiles and small rodents. A very pretty bird that looks like a kookaburra with different coloring and a lot smaller in size. This cute Forest Kingfisher is about 12 cm high or just on 3 inches. This lovely bird makes a great jigsaw puzzle from that chance photo and it has been created in 3 different playing levels so that the beginner game player through to the experienced can enjoy putting the pieces of the puzzle together. Just to put everyone's mind at ease, here is a photo showing the Forest Kingfisher sitting on the clothes line after it's ordeal, having made a full recovery. So we can honestly say that no animal was harmed in the making of this jigsaw puzzle. :)
