Another compelling IHOG, Hide & Secret 3 Pharaoh's Quest takes you on an adventure to reunite spiritual lovers of long dead Pharaoh's, after their tomb was desecrated and valuable artifacts stolen. Scour the world to find these artifacts and return them to the Pharaoh's tomb so their spirits can sleep in peace.

Game play loosely follows on from Hide & Secret 2 Cliffhanger Castle, but there are a few annoyances to push aside to fully enjoy the game.

Firstly there is a lot of wandering to and fro before grasping the idea to click something that will show you the way to the next scene. For example, you must find the propellor for a plane to take you around the map and once you attach the propellor, you then must look for a sparkle to click which takes you forward. In another scene you are in a river boat and you have to click just ahead of the boat, which then shows a large arrow that you click to move to the next scene.

Those annoyances aside, graphics are good and detail intriguing. Objects are usually hidden by blending the colors with the background instead of searching among a pile of clutter. Luckily there is no timer on the game, which allows you to search and complete puzzles at your own pace. Hide & Secret 3 Pharaoh's Quest has a good solid story that takes you along to the end and draws you into wanting to finish the quest.

As you search for items you will collect what the game refers to as "Handy Items". These Handy Items are stored in inventory for later use. You can also get handy items for completing mini games. There is no penalty for random clicking, which is a good thing as some objects can be difficult to find, being colored coded like the background.

This is the third game in the Hide and Secret series and by far the best yet. Pharaoh's Quest should take a fairly experienced player 3 or 4 hours to complete, so download the trial version first and see what progress you make within the free hour.

Hide & Secret 3 Pharaoh's Quest Game Hints, Tips, Cheats

Look for items that sparkle.
Blue sparkles mean you can pick an item up.
Red sparkles mean you need to do something else first.
A magnifying glass means you need to click to look closer.
When you finish a Hidden Object scene, you need to click on an exit arrow to progress to the next scene. Move your cursor around the scene to find the arrows. They can point up, down, or left and right.
Some exits are locked until you do other things in the game. Whenever you revisit a scene, scan again to see if new exit arrows have opened.
To use a Handy Item, click on it in your inventory, then click on the sparkles near where you want to use it.
If you get stuck try going back to the plane. Click on the plane and look to see if there any any green numbers which represent new tasks to do at the plane scene.
Click on small pyramids to get additional hints.
When an area sparkles gold, click that spot and you may be able to exit to a new scene, get a zoom scene, or use a Handy Item on that spot.
