The Count of Monte Cristo Game Review

The Count of Monte Cristo hidden object game screen shot Alexander Dumas wrote The Count of Monte Cristo as a novel way back in 1844. It is the story of a young sailor, Edmund Dante, his rise to power and subsequent betrayal through jealousy. How he is wrongfully imprisoned which leads to his escape and his quest for revenge then ultimately his foregiveness. A very stirring adventure novel to say the least.

The Count of Monte Cristo game is based on the book and you must help Young Edward in his struggle by finding hidden objects and solving puzzles to free him from prison.

An adventure game with good graphical interface, cleverly hidden objects, good puzzles and some very colorful characters you must investigate to help Edward on his quest. Some items are very difficult to find and some have names derived straight out of the book that are not known or used anymore which makes finding them very difficul.

My advice, try the free download as this could be a little hard for some to stomach.

Count of Monte Cristo Game Hints, Tips, Cheats

Some objects have names such as "hank" which is a coil of rope. (Who doesn't know that?)
A "double bass" is a bass violin.
You incur a 30 second time penalty for clicking unnecessarily
Play the mini games, otherwise you can lose the gems, which you can use for hints, that you have won during the hidden object scenes.
(I wonder how many peole will call this the Count of Monte Crisco, after the Christmas hamper company?) Sorry for thinking out load. :)
