While the graphics are good and there is a semblance of continuity in the story, you do get the feeling that it's all been done before and it's not one of the new generation IHOGS that are wowing us of late.

Route 66 story takes you on a relaxed motorcycle ride across America with Muddy Mayflower and his granddaughter "Mad’ Madeleine Mayflower, a champion motorbike racing competitor, who needs a much welcome vacation from the hard grind of grueling competition. There are mini games which break up the continual hidden object hunting, and these actually earn you more hints if you play them. Hints are limited during the seek and find portion of the game, so the mini games do become a necessary and integral part of the overall game play. The mini games are made up of memory games, matching games and a good connect four type game that add a variety and different approach to Route 66.
