Fabulous Finds Review

The first word that comes to mind when starting Fabulous Finds is fresh, yes this hidden object game gives a really fresh approach to the usual hidden object searching by employing 3 different game modes, hidden object search, garage sale puzzle play and interior decorating simulation, that actually matches the game story perfectly. Now that is refreshing to say the least.

The story begins by you inheriting an old house in California from your Aunt Beatrice. Over the years, Aunt Beatrice has collected a lot of memories, some are absolute treasures and some just totally useless junk. Room after room in the house are filled with all types of paraphernalia and you need to clear it out and make your house livable.

As with all good stories, you can turn this into a positive by selling off unwanted junk by making it another persons treasure. Garage sales are a great way to rid yourself of what you regard as trash and making a little money to use with redecorating the interior.

You find items that match a theme for each garage sale, like sporting equipment, travel items or kids stuff. Then it's into the yard for the sale of the century, and here you need to match what people want with a particular item. For example a doctors states he is looking for a twin, so you need to lead him to a twin bed to make the match. Lastly you get to redecorate the room once you have cleaned it of the junk, and again you must follow clues to what items must be used to decorate and outfit the room to earn five stars.

The only issue with Fabulous Finds is the length of the game for hard nosed HOG fans, and just one playing mode, which doesn't make the replay value high..
