Fatal Hearts is a story type puzzle game where you need to solve the mysteries behind the heroine's dreams. You will be forced to make choices of who to believe, who to trust, and who to declare an enemy, all decisions which effect the outcome down the track.

There are mini puzzle to clear such as a web where you use the mouse to drag away the tangled strands. There are board games to navigate, locks to break, and several arcane codes to decipher based on clues, so take notice of everything and try to remember as some things are important to the total game.
