Shape Defense Game Review

While a fairly basic tower defense game, the developer of Shape Defense has used a good game genre to build flash game skills very well.

Shape Defense has a good interface with easy to use controls. I like the ease in which you can upgrade towers and the Grinder is unique in itself. Keeping the graphics to various geometric shapes has allowed the designer to work on the game play and not get too involved with graphics as yet. Look forward to better graphics in the future.

Would have liked the creeps shapes to be a little smaller and the whole game less jerky, but as an emerging game developer, this game suits the time.

Various creeps take on a good range of defense towers which are all upgradable. At first, Shape Defense seems a tad too easy, but don't let that fool you into becoming complacent. As the levels pass by, things really heat up and you have to keep on your toes to stop the creeps from reaching the end.
