Top Chef Game Review
There
have been a few cooking type simulation games in the time management
before yet Top Chef brings a fresh approach to the game genre
with you competing in a cooking show based on the television series
of the same name.
In Top Chef you play as Anna against some pretty cut throat contestants,
competing for the title of best Top Chef. Played over 15 episodes
in each of two Quickfire Challenges and one Elimination Challenge,
you have to create delicious meals by deciding what ingredients
you think would be the most suitable for that particular dish.
This is where Top Chef differs from other cooking simulation games.
You don't just mindlessly add ingredients from a predetermined
list, you decide what what you want to make and what ingredients
you think will make the dish taste great.
If your real life cooking skills are not in the "First Class
Chef" range, this game will teach you about pairing food
combinations together and using different ingredients to make
taste tempting dishes and mouth watering meals.
While sometimes Top Chef gets a little frustrating because certain
ingredients are not available in your pantry and using the shuffle
up still doesn't make them available, it is an enjoyable challenge
and a fresh take to the cooking game scene.
You must give this game a try and by downloading the free one
hour trial game, you will have enough time to decide for yourself
if this is something you would want to play for longer. Top Chef
has great replay factor as your decisions totally affect each
outcome, which time management fans love.
