You also need to service cabins with certain things such as cleaning and wood for the fire. Watch for balloon commands above each cabin that tells you what is required.
To service a guest, you click the object they require and then click on the guest or room to deliver that service.
You can chain commands together, for example if there are 3 rooms requiring cleaning, you click on the housekeeping brush then click on each of the cabins that require cleaning.
You can queue commands up as they need to be managed. You don't need to complete one command before assigning the next.
To begin the game, as the guests arrive you click on the family and drag them to their cabin accommodation.
