If you have ever thought about becoming a world class chef, play Cooking Academy and get some real down to earth cooking lessons.

In this fabulous cooking simulation game, you'll practice creating dishes in five different categories: appetizers, breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. After you've learnt to prepare each dish you will be graded by your instructor and if you earn at least a "C" grading, you can then go on to take exams that will unlock the next phase of the game.

Probably saying it's a game is the wrong handle to lay on Cooking Academy. It's more like a cooking tutorial where you are instructed in the art of cutting the ingredients, folding, kneading and taught all the regular cooking skills. Once you start cooking, you have to set the oven temperature and finally present the meal on the plate so that it looks great.

Seasoned gamers looking for a challenge may be disappointed as it can become a little boring after awhile, chopping veggies and simmering sushi. You do learn a lot about cooking different dishes as there are over 50 recipes to master.
