Cake Mania 3 Game Review

Jill is back again and for those that have never played either the original Cake Mania or the follow up Cake Mania 2, (which are both available as free online games) you will be delighted at the fast paced fun of serving cakes and cookies to a funky group of customers.

Cake Mania 3 has Jill looking forward to her upcoming marriage, but something has placed her wedding day plans in grave doubt. Her beloved family has been sucked away in some fearful kind of time warp and Jill must travel in time to attempt to save the family and her wedding day.

Let's Do The Time Warp Again. Whoops, wrong story. Okay back to the cake baking theme. As you can imagine, Cake Mania 3 is understandably similar to it's predecessors, being made by the same game developers, Sandlot Games. Having said that, Cake Mania 3 introduces enough new features to make this latest game exciting and enjoyable.

New additions include the ability to customize the kitchen and some fabulous characters parading as customers, who actually can influence the outcome of the game. For example, witches can cast a spell turning other waiting customers into monkeys, which in turn changes what type of cakes they desire. Fabulous twist in a lovable game. Graphics are great!

Downsides, there are a few and one of the biggest is the slowness that you get upgrades. You really need those new shoes for Jill that makes her serve customers and bake those cakes quicker. Mini games are kind of predictable and drawn out.
