Bloom Busters Game Review

Bloom Busters is a cross between a farm simulation game and a tower defense strategy game, where defending your growing plants is all in a hard days work.

The story starts with a crazy inventor concocting some powerful potion and releasing it into the towns water supply without fully testing it first. The consequences are amazing, sprouting forth some giant plants that you can turn into a lucrative money stream. But be careful as there are also monsters after those same plants who are very persistent. Slap them, slime them and your plant farm will prosper, but keep your eyes peeled as they are cunning.

You can play Bloom Busters in several modes, easy mode is recommended for starters, and chose between 2 different characters. Jimmy and Jessie are the characters that you will use to defend Bloomland from the monster invasion and both have different skill levels which effect the overall out come of the game, great for the replayability factor.

Bloom Busters is not an easy peasy game to play with some 40 levels needing to be completed. Near the middle of the game you need to round up a mob of pigs and transfer them from one pen to another. This part of the game is really difficult and takes many attempts for a skilled gamer to pass. Some may quit right here but keep trying, it's worth the frustration and no game should be too easy anyway. It's the challenging games that you enjoy and remember, and Bloom Busters is certainly a challenge.
