The time management game field is full of productions that are similar to one another and Be Richer is almost a clone of the Build A Lot series in many regards and the sequel to Be Rich, yet does introduce some good innovations that it can call it's own. No matter anyway as Be Richer is a game you can play and enjoy in it's own right and let's face it, who doesn't want to become richer anyway.

The title says it all really, the driving force of the game is to develop more and more wealth from constructing towns and cities and making huge profits. You become a real estate tycoon that is prepared to travel from town to town, buying, selling and building houses, apartment blocks, shops, schools, cinemas, well you get the drift, it's real estate on a grand scale.

Be Richer is a true simulation game where you have goals to meet in certain time frames and it's your strategy and planning that will meet those goals and beat those deadlines. If you need to make good income from a movie house then you need people in the neighborhood, so by building apartment blocks you raise the local population numbers which gives your cinema a boost. Don't forget the revenue raised by renting the apartments and the whole project then turns into making more and more money for you. How simple it is to Be Richer!

So there is the game before you. You buy, sell, rent, bulldoze, build and construct. Meeting goals and making loads of cash. It pays to beautify estates with parks and gardens, provide services and entertainment so the population grows. The entire game is played out in grid style where certain types of buildings will take up so many grids. Like a small workshop may take 2x2 grids and a grand mansion 4x2 grids. You can upgrade houses from a 1 star residence to a 3 star level and build chateau's, car dealerships and hotels.

This may be a the sequel to Be Rich, but the more you play it, the more you see the new innovations and playing possibilities. Be Richer is a refreshingly good simulation game and more entertaining with great graphics, nice interaction using cars and people walking down the street and comprises multi levels of fun strategic gameplay.

Be Richer is a sure winner on all levels and not quite as difficult to play as Build-a-Lot. If you try the free download you will probably end up just as addicted to the game as many others have become. I like tycoon style games simply for the challenge of planning ahead and remembering the strategies you have employed to take you forward. Be Richer takes you into the world of big business and allows you the opportunity to dream of becoming a millionaire.

Be Richer Game Hints, Tips, Cheats

• Use the money you make on rent to build new houses
• If you make a move by mistake you can cancel that action.
• You can, at any time, go back to play previous levels to try for an expert score on that level.
• To raise population numbers in a neighborhood, build apartment blocks and collect the rent from them.
• You can bulldoze roads and realign the road to make room for a special building.
