There are other motorcycle racers on the track which can either help you or slow you down, depending on your reflexes. If they are in front they can help you notice a turn coming up ahead so you can smoothly navigate the road bend. Run into the back of another racer on the track and you will lose precious seconds.

Turbo Spirit is certainly well done in the graphic department and is visually stunning, although it's so fast and furious you don't get time to look at the scenery.
