Cash, and reputation blocks help you expand your crime fighting empire.
You are more likely to encounter an attack if you have a large amount of stored resources.
Games that don’t require fighting a crime figure like saving cats or helping old ladies, require you to meet a specific amount of resources rather than battle an enemy head-on.
As you succeed in battles, you will earn additional cash and reputation that you can use to upgrade your base and purchase more powerful attacks.
