Alex Gordon Game Review

Alex Gordon is a fabulous platform adventure game where collecting coins is just the beginning of an exciting fun game. The graphics are awesome, and with the advent of action scripting, flash games are now becoming just like the gaming we saw on Nintendos and the like. This one reminds me of the old Jazz Jack Rabbit series.

Alex Gordon is a good looking cat, (looks a bit like a crafty fox to me) who is on a mission to free his sister from the clutches of the evil Monkey King. Played over 5 worlds and some 50 levels, Alex Gordon needs to find some broken amulet pieces to give to the Monkey King so he will release his sister. The rest is straight out fun as you collect coins, stomp on enemies and search for hidden caverns that may be full of treasure.

Alex has nine lives of course, being a cat and all, and you can add a few extra lives if you collect enough coins and gems. There are many obstacles you have to face and heaps of traps and dangerous creatures to avoid. But it's all in a days work for the adventurous feline hero.

You can also build your own dream island and play a variety of bonus stages as you take the role of Alex Gordon. Play at your own pace and enjoy the scenery, which I mentioned above to be gorgeous. This game will appeal to all those who enjoy platform games and like the side scrolling, platform arcade style of game play.

To sum up, Alex Gordon is an adventure that nobody should miss if they are a real true game fan. The graphics are more than cute and colorful, story is solid and the game plays smooth.
