Gold Panic starts out easy and progressively gets harder and harder as you pass each level. You have a number of lives and can replay each level as you want which makes this game better than those where you have to start all over from the beginning.
Gold Panic is certainly a game to give it a try. Because it's totally free to play online, it hasn't got all the bells and whistles of much larger and expensive games, but I enjoy a challenge and this Gold Panic certainly gives that for free.

- Use your keyboard arrows to move
- You dig through the mine to get above, below or behind objects
- Don't dig under rocks and stay there or you will be crushed
- You can dig in and then quickly move forward or back to avoid rocks falling on your head
- Gold can fall on you and you won't lose a life
- Try to trap the spiders before they kill you
